Type: Full-Time

Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Treasury Accountant to join its expanding finance department. This role focuses on managing treasury operations, ensuring optimal cash flow, and compliance with financial regulations.

Professionals with significant experience in real estate and expertise in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury Operations Management

  • Oversee daily cash flow operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business needs.
  • Manage bank accounts, including reconciliations and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
  • Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare detailed cash flow reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Maintain treasury documentation for internal and external audits.

3. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, company policies, and banking requirements.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency exposure and interest rates.

4. Process Optimization

  • Utilize ERP systems (preferably Odoo) to automate and improve treasury operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

5. Collaboration with Accounts Receivable

  • Coordinate with the AR team to optimize working capital and manage collection activities effectively.

Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury and accounts receivable management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
