Job Title: HR Officer (Bilingual: Arabic & English)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong command of SAP software. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and support organizational goals through efficient human resource practices.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leaves, and attendance, using SAP.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- SAP Utilization
- Manage and update HR data in the SAP system.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related HR system issues.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Support workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns promptly.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to Qatari labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management and Training
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide system support.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing development programs.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare HR correspondence, including memos and announcements, in both Arabic and English.
- Support visa processing, renewals, and government-related employee documentation.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably within Qatar.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HR module.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
Other Requirements:
- Location: Must currently reside in Qatar.
- Visa: Transferable visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Preferred Attributes
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
