Job Title: HR Officer (Bilingual: Arabic & English)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong command of SAP software. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and support organizational goals through efficient human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations Management
    • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leaves, and attendance, using SAP.
    • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  2. SAP Utilization
    • Manage and update HR data in the SAP system.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related HR system issues.
  3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
    • Support workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
  4. Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns promptly.
  5. Compliance and Policy Implementation
    • Ensure adherence to Qatari labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Performance Management and Training
    • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide system support.
    • Identify training needs and assist in organizing development programs.
  7. Administrative Support
    • Prepare HR correspondence, including memos and announcements, in both Arabic and English.
    • Support visa processing, renewals, and government-related employee documentation.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably within Qatar.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SAP HR module.
    • Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Must currently reside in Qatar.
  • Visa: Transferable visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
  • Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
