Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a reputable accounting and auditing office in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, possess an AICPA certification, and have significant experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Engagement Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee audit engagements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Provide guidance and support to the audit team to achieve high-quality audit results.
• Client Relations:
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their audit needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess risks associated with audit engagements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective audit processes.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve audit methodologies and processes.
  • Implement best practices in audit management and reporting.
