Position: Accounting Manager

Experience: 3-5 years in real estate

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Perform financial analysis and budgeting, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting management within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
