Position: Global FP&A & Business Finance Head

Compensation: Attractive package of up to INR 3 Crores

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance leader to join our team as the Global FP&A & Business Finance Head. This role is based in Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our global financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Lead the global FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
    • Develop and implement financial models and tools to support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Business Finance:
    • Oversee business finance operations, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.
    • Collaborate with business units to support financial performance and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
    • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Drive the development and implementation of best practices in financial management.
    • Provide strategic financial leadership to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
    • Act as a key business partner to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance, and leadership roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
    • Proven track record in leading FP&A functions and business finance operations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with global finance operations and cross-functional collaboration.
