Overview:

Trants Technical Service is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for our Outside Labour Supply division. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the labour supply market in the UAE, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain clients in the labour supply sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client connections to expand the business.
  • Brand Management: Enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation in the labour supply market through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic branding efforts.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaboration and Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and HR, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff as needed.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE labour supply market.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, market analysis, and CRM software.
