I have 15+ years of experience in leading the finance pillar and guiding the overall company performance by providing the organization with robust financial planning, budgeting and operational controls.

Led the Money, Material and Compliance team at RELIANCE INTERNATIONAL to establish a trading business for petrochemical products globally. My role as Team Lead has been instrumental in steering the company's financial direction, ensuring meticulous financial planning and implementing cutting-edge systems for enhanced efficiency. Implemented robust processes and systems to grow Open credit business in GCC & Africa region, achieving a 4X increase in top-line revenue in the just 2nd year. Mitigated risk by onboarding credit insurance, international DCA, and Agents.
In this role, I excelled in preparing consolidated financial statements, creating annual budget and providing concrete action plan on ways to optimise expenses. My experience also includes researching, creating analysis reports and facilitating informed decision making. Favorite aspect of my job is the constant hustle to fulfill deadlines. So far, I have taken numerous critical steps while implementing/automating technologies that improve financial and accounting work. I was appreciated for making every minute count as a champion of productivity and innovation. At Aramark (a NYSE listed global leader in food and facilities management), my role was to influence and drive business decisions/actions with appropriate analysis and comments. With sharp analytical skills, I have identified risks related to business and profitability along with providing suggestions to minimize them. On a more practical level, I have been actively involved in supporting the financial planning process through month-end closure, quarterly planning, and long-term planning while analyzing results ensuring execution and accountability across the business. I led the statutory audit of one of the big four accounting organizations for 3+years. Few profile highlights include: ☑ Executed the project for strengthening supply chain and accounts payable function, strengthened reporting aspects of sites with food/retail business. ☑ Planned and implemented ERP (invoicing module): a project to redefine the billing processes and revenue leakage control, which resulted to reduction of D.S.O. by 14 days. ☑ Conducted analysis about petty cash expenses site-wise (250+ sites) and its adherence to policies, which resulted in cashflow management and elimination of cash leakages. ☑ Led a team of 10+ members, the project resulted in a recovery of outstanding payments due for 2+ years valued in crores.
