I am a recently qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in valuations and corporate finance. I have worked on portfolio valuations for venture capital funds, business valuations for listed/unlisted companies and startups, and financial reporting valuations including impairment testing, PPA, and intangible asset valuation. My core skill set includes financial modelling, DCF and market approach valuations, and valuation of complex capital structures using option pricing models (including Monte Carlo simulations). I am comfortable handling client communication, working under tight timelines, and delivering accurate, decision-ready outputs across sectors such as SaaS, fintech, renewable energy, healthcare, FMCG, and EdTech. I am now looking to join a growth-oriented valuation team where I can take ownership, strengthen my technical expertise, and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) | Sri Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi (2018–2021) Completed B.Com with a strong foundation in accounting, finance, economics, business law, taxation, and financial statement analysis, which supported my interest and career path in valuation and corporate finance.
Work & Experience
At Finvox Analytics, I have worked in the Valuations & Corporate Finance team, handling portfolio valuations for VC funds and business valuations for listed/unlisted companies and startups. My work includes valuing complex capital structures using option pricing models (including Monte Carlo simulations), conducting 409A, gift & estate tax valuations, and supporting regulatory and financial reporting valuations such as impairment testing, PPA, and intangible asset valuation. I also manage client interactions and ensure timely, investor-ready deliverables across multiple sectors like renewable energy, healthcare, SaaS, FMCG, and EdTech.
