• Develop risk based Annual Audit Plan for the organization & obtain approval of risk changes and changes in annual audit plan from Audit Committee. • Prepare and align Audit Charter, in accordance with organizational Corporate Governance framework & obtain approval for revisions from audit committee. • Prepare Risk Control Matrix (RCM) after kick off meeting with departments, and prepare detailed audit plan & procedure according to risk assessment & deploy sufficient resources towards approved audits. • Align organizational Risk Appetite with Risk Acceptance of the management, with respect to environmental factors of the organization. • Align Data Analysis (DA) technique for audit procedure & turn data relationship into insight report to the management, it concentrates on current risks than yesterday’s risks, review Critical Success Factors. • Provide enough room for Root Cause Analysis of inefficient & ineffective operations. • Optimum utilization of Audit Management Software for analysis, documentation and report preparation to comply with IIA standards & International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) • Exit Meeting with management for discussing audit findings & follow up with management for implementation of recommendations accepted, periodically review the status of recommendations to Audit Committee. • Represent top management in various consulting assignments – Quality Committees, Financial Statements Review Committee, Vendors / Product Approval Committee, IS Security Committee.
