Currently, I am working as an Executive at Tropoverse Financial Services in Dubai. In my role, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting team performance. I am also involved in training new staff members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques, which has helped improve our team’s overall efficiency.
Before my current role, I gained experience working with clients internationally at Accario Global PTE Ltd in Sri Lanka. There, I was responsible for financial administration, managing accounts payable and receivable, and producing accurate financial reports for clients across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. I also have prior experience at KPMG International, where I worked on audits, financial reporting, and cost control, which deepened my understanding of financial processes and accounting standards.
In terms of my education, I am currently in my final year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting. I have gained extensive knowledge and practical skills throughout my studies and am confident in my ability to apply them in a professional setting. I have also earned various certifications, including QuickBooks Pro Advisor and Xero Certified Advisor, which further complement my hands-on experience with accounting systems.
