Position: MANAGER – Finance

• Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 4 – 7 years
• Job Location: Phase-4, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
• Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Financial and Accounting Functions:

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, including:
  • Billing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • Cost Accounting
  • Inventory Accounting
  • Revenue Recognition

2. Budgeting and Financial Forecasting:

• Oversee the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to monitor and explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure proficiency in IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
• Manage and ensure compliance with income tax and GST regulations.

4. Industry Experience:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing comprehensive financial and accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, income-tax, and GST compliances.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
