Job Description:

We are actively looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the Agricultural Products industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial Statements:
  • Accurately prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure that all financial records are in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage Daily Transactions:
  • Record daily transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and categorized.
• Monitor Financial Operations:
  • Oversee and monitor financial operations to ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Tax Reports & Compliance:
  • Prepare tax reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure the business remains compliant.
• Assist with Budgets & Forecasting:
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure that they align with allocated budgets.
• Expense Monitoring:
  • Track and monitor company expenses, ensuring adherence to the set budget.
  • Report any deviations and take corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Must have a degree from the Faculty of Commerce E Section.
• Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Agricultural Products industry or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports clearly.
  • Knowledge of financial software and accounting systems.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
