Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:
As the CFO, you will:
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and sustainability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to address variances.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage financial operations, including accounts, treasury, and cash flow.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors.
- Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performing culture.
- Ensure continuous professional development within the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
Professional Certifications:
- CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally within the consulting or professional services sector.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
