Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Amman, Jordan

Key Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will:

  1. Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and sustainability.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide business decisions.
    • Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to address variances.
  3. Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
    • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks.
  4. Operational Oversight:
    • Manage financial operations, including accounts, treasury, and cash flow.
    • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors.
    • Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performing culture.
    • Ensure continuous professional development within the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).

Professional Certifications:

  • CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally within the consulting or professional services sector.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
