We are a maintenance and service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and support our financial operations.
Job Summary:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. A key aspect of this role will involve preparing accurate and competitive quotations for our services, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Develop, prepare, and issue quotations, ensuring they are aligned with company pricing strategies.
- Maintain proper records of contracts and service reports.
- Preparation of payroll, maintaining leave records, and employee data.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the operational team to gather necessary information for accurate quotation preparation.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records for auditing purposes.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with third-party (Sub-Contractor) for scheduling service at client locations.
Qualifications:
- Semi Qualified CA, MBA, M.Com., or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably in the service or maintenance industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books and Tally), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
