Job Description

We’re looking for an Accountant – Accounts Receivable to join our growing team!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
3. Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts.
4. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to manage credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.
5. Reconcile AR ledger to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
6. Process incoming payments (bank transfers, cheques) and allocate them correctly.
7. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
8. Provide documentation for internal and external audits when required.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, strictly in the FMCG sector.
3. Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
4. Strong understanding of AR processes, credit control, and accounting principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
