Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager or Manager in Accounts & Finance with proven expertise in managing day-to-day accounts and banking operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE and possess a strong educational background in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements to present to senior management.
  • Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, handle transactions, and ensure efficient banking operations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA / Inter CA / Inter ICWA / or equivalent qualifications in finance or accounting.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience, with mandatory UAE experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
