Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join a reputable accounting and auditing office in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, possess an AICPA certification, and have significant experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Engagement Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing audit engagements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Provide guidance and support to the audit team to achieve high-quality audit results.
- Client Relations:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their audit needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess risks associated with audit engagements.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective audit processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve audit methodologies and processes.
- Implement best practices in audit management and reporting.
