Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Over 20 years of experience in managing and driving financial strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Principles (Indian GAAP), IFRS/IND AS, SEBI Listing Regulations, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage FEMA, taxation, and transfer pricing matters.
- Financial Operations:
- Oversee financial consolidation, treasury management, and forex management.
- Optimize financial processes and operations.
- Fundraising:
- Manage fundraising activities to secure the necessary capital for the company’s growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Investor Relations:
- Lead investor relations efforts and manage communications with shareholders.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to investors.
- Board Management:
- Work closely with the board of directors to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure effective board governance and decision-making.
- Import/Export License Management:
- Oversee the management of import/export licenses to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (Indian GAAP) and IFRS/IND AS
- Expertise in fundraising, FEMA, taxation, and SEBI Listing Regulations
- Proficiency in investor relations, board management, and transfer pricing
- Experience in treasury management, forex management, and import/export license management
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
- High ethical standards and values
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in other languages
