Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing background.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
