Job Summary

The company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 15+ years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record of leadership in manufacturing companies and a strong understanding of financial management in listed entities.

This is a strategic leadership role, requiring hands-on experience in financial planning, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company’s business goals.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters.
  • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization.

Financial Planning and Reporting

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports as per regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

Regulatory Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including SEBI guidelines for listed companies.
  • Manage audits and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Experience

  • 15+ years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in manufacturing companies.
  • Experience in listed companies is a must.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing finance teams and driving organizational growth.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
