Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Analyze complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and present pitch decks to drive business initiatives and communicate financial strategies effectively.
  • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Contribute to business planning processes by identifying key drivers of profitability and growth.

Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability: Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period are preferred.
  • Experience:
    • A background in Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
    • Prior experience within the FMCG or Retail industry is essential.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Finance Analyst or Management Accountant (this role does not involve people management).
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in handling and analyzing complex data.
    • Expertise in creating pitch decks to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Attributes:

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
