Position: Deputy Business Finance Head

• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience
• Role Overview:
  • FP&A Support: The role primarily involves financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in the hospital, retail chain, telecom, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
