Our esteemed client in the aviation industry is looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to lead their finance function. This pivotal role involves managing budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and banking regulations.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for financial analysis, reporting, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of taxation and banking regulations. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a finance team, driving performance and operational excellence.
