Overview: Wardat Al Mashreq Food Co., a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance management, cost accounting, and ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding financial decisions, maintaining financial health, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Accounting: Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to monitor and control production costs. Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.
  • ERP System Management: Manage and optimize the company’s ERP system, with a preference for SAP. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting through the ERP system.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards. Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Develop strategies to optimize working capital and cash reserves.
  • Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA professional certification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Cost Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in cost accounting and managing cost control systems.
  • ERP Systems Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP. Ability to manage and optimize ERP functionalities for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide a finance team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
