Key Responsibilities

As an FP&A Manager, you will:

  1. Strategic Financial Planning
    • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize financial outcomes.
  2. Performance Analysis
    • Analyze financial performance, identifying key metrics and trends.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  3. Advanced Financial Modeling
    • Create and manage complex financial models for scenario planning.
    • Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential investments, risks, and cost efficiencies.
    • Contribute to company growth by identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  5. Process Improvement and Automation
    • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
    • Implement automation tools and enhance financial analysis systems for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Executive Reporting
    • Prepare and deliver high-impact reports and presentations to executive leadership.
    • Ensure financial transparency and clarity in reporting for decision-makers.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced qualifications such as a Master’s degree or certifications like CFA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A or related financial fields.
  • Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis software.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
