Key Responsibilities:

As an Audit Manager, your main duties will include:

  1. Audit Engagements:
    • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
    • Ensure audits comply with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  2. Team Management:
    • Supervise, mentor, and train junior audit team members.
    • Review their work and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Offer advisory services to improve client operations and financial performance.
  4. Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop audit plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
  5. Compliance and Risk Assessment:
    • Ensure adherence to audit policies and procedures.
    • Identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Proven experience in an audit management role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage).
