Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Saudi financial laws.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  3. Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial performance and key metrics.
    • Identify areas of inefficiency and propose actionable improvements.
  4. Cost Accounting:
    • Manage cost accounting processes and inventory management.
    • Drive cost optimization strategies to enhance profitability.
  5. Financial Planning:
    • Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support organizational growth.
    • Monitor cash flow and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
  6. Team Management:
    • Supervise and guide the accounting team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
    • Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
  7. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure full adherence to Saudi laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local financial regulations and their implications.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • 4 to 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
