Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
    • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop financial forecasts and budgets, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
    • Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  3. Audit and Compliance:
    • Lead internal audit processes to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and statutory regulations.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal departments to align financial practices with business goals.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and risks.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience:
    • Prior corporate work experience is mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
