Position: Finance Controller
Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad
Experience:
- 5 to 10 Years
- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 5-10 years of experience gained from a similar industry/profile, including 4+ years in a controller role specific to handling subsidiaries.
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly MIS Report Analysis:
- Analyze monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, country-wise product sales performance, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), marketing expense reports, and variance analysis.
- Assist regional heads in taking corrective actions based on the analysis.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of international subsidiaries.
- Highlight deviations and ensure compliance with credit policies.
- Follow up on collection activities.
- Special Projects:
- Support in costing for special projects and preparation of business plans.
- Profitability Discussions:
- Discuss profitability with respective Regional Heads (RHs).
- Provide recommendations on improving product mix and efficient utilization of marketing expenses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
