Role Overview

Atyab Gulf is seeking a dynamic Finance Head to lead its growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and specific experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with standards.
  • Support executive decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a financial management role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Residency: Must hold a transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18).
