Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing needs.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Conduct financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
- Strategic Financial Management:
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and development.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and goals.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
