Job Description: Finance Manager – Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Daily Accounting Operations
    • Oversee daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  2. Compliance and Standards
    • Ensure adherence to Group policies, local accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards (IFRS/IAS).
    • Coordinate and lead external audits and manage tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  3. Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Collaborate with the Group for consolidated financial reporting.
  4. Reconciliations
    • Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to maintain accurate and reliable financial records.
  5. Working Capital Management
    • Oversee the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and bank operations to ensure efficient use of working capital.
  6. Audit and Tax Management
    • Lead and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
    • Manage tax filings and ensure the organization is up to date with local tax laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IFRS standards.
