Job Description: Finance Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations

  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations to maintain accurate and transparent financial records.

2. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure full compliance with Group policies, local accounting regulations, tax laws, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/IAS).
  • Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation for tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Group for consolidated financial reporting requirements and ensure timely submission.

3. Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring

  • Review and prepare financial statements, performance reports, and KPIs.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Oversee working capital management, including monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and bank operations.

4. Systems and Processes

  • Leverage SAP systems for accurate financial data management and reporting.
  • Optimize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in working with SAP ERP systems is mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of IFRS/IAS standards and local tax laws/regulations.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
