Job Description: Finance Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations to maintain accurate and transparent financial records.
2. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Group policies, local accounting regulations, tax laws, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/IAS).
- Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation for tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Group for consolidated financial reporting requirements and ensure timely submission.
3. Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring
- Review and prepare financial statements, performance reports, and KPIs.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee working capital management, including monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and bank operations.
4. Systems and Processes
- Leverage SAP systems for accurate financial data management and reporting.
- Optimize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in working with SAP ERP systems is mandatory.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of IFRS/IAS standards and local tax laws/regulations.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
