Salary Range: AED 14,000 – AED 17,000

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health by developing strategies that drive and support business growth within a dynamic industry environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and evaluating financial models, managing cash flow, budgeting, and preparing comprehensive management reports. This position requires effective management of vendor relationships, high-value mobile inventory costs, and strict adherence to local financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Modeling and Budgeting:
    • Develop, evaluate, and implement financial models and forecasts that align with the company’s sales targets and market trends.
    • Oversee and manage the preparation and execution of budgets to achieve strategic financial goals.
  2. Cash Flow and Inventory Management:
    • Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring, planning, and optimizing liquidity needs.
    • Manage inventory financing, ensuring optimal levels to meet sales demands without over-commitment of resources.
    • Collaborate with distributors to coordinate and negotiate favorable credit terms to optimize working capital.
  3. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, in line with local regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  4. Vendor and Supplier Negotiations:
    • Provide financial insights during supplier and customer negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize business outcomes.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
    • Promote the professional growth of team members through training, mentoring, and career development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a relevant financial management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow management, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience working with high-value inventory and distributor credit terms is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
