Required Qualifications and Experience
Professional Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong track record in strategic decision-making.
- Significant experience in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, operational efficiency analysis, and capital management.
- Expertise in navigating the UAE financial and legal landscape, including tax regulations, compliance, and investor relations.
Educational Background
- Advanced qualifications such as ACA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent postgraduate certifications in finance or accounting.
Key Skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage complex financial challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders.
