Job Description: Marketing/Administration Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman
Type: Full-Time
Majan is seeking an experienced Marketing/Administration Manager to join our growing team in Muscat. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who has experience managing both marketing initiatives and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Majan’s services and brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Design and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate branding initiatives to increase company visibility in the market.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee the management of the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Analyze digital marketing performance, provide reports, and suggest improvements.
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
- Develop promotional materials for events and coordinate logistics.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for event execution.
Administration Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventories, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and assist with any administrative tasks.
- Team Coordination & Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative projects.
- Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while managing budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with external partners and vendors.
- Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing and administrative budget.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in managing both marketing campaigns and office operations is essential.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
