Job Description: Marketing/Administration Manager

Location: Muscat, Oman
Type: Full-Time

Majan is seeking an experienced Marketing/Administration Manager to join our growing team in Muscat. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who has experience managing both marketing initiatives and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Majan’s services and brand.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Design and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  2. Brand Management
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
    • Coordinate branding initiatives to increase company visibility in the market.
  3. Digital Marketing
    • Oversee the management of the company’s website and social media platforms.
    • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
    • Analyze digital marketing performance, provide reports, and suggest improvements.
  4. Event Planning & Coordination
    • Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
    • Develop promotional materials for events and coordinate logistics.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners for event execution.

Administration Responsibilities

  1. Office Management
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, inventories, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
    • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and assist with any administrative tasks.
  2. Team Coordination & Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative projects.
  3. Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and vendors.
    • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while managing budgets.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with external partners and vendors.
  4. Budget Management
    • Prepare and manage the marketing and administrative budget.
    • Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance.
    • Track ROI for marketing campaigns and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in managing both marketing campaigns and office operations is essential.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
