Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The role requires experience in trading companies and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth. Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the trading sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a trading company is mandatory.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
    • Strong proficiency in English is required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
