We are seeking a Senior Finance Professional with exceptional expertise to join a prestigious automotive company based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector, particularly in listed companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operational requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, financial standards, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets.
  • Drive financial process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Experience in a listed company is highly desirable.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of financial management principles specific to the automotive/manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial reporting, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire finance teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
