Job Description: Head Finance – FMCG

Location: Delhi

Job Summary: As the Head of Finance, you will lead and oversee all financial operations within the FMCG sector, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to fuel business growth and optimize financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Drive strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Financial Operations Management:
    • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company’s financial stability.
    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Financial Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification in Finance.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
