Job Summary:

Croydonuk Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other relevant tax filings.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
  • Utilize accounting software for financial management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • CA Inter qualification is required.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 years to work in the organization.
