Valuation Analyst

Job Description

CRISIL, a leading analytical credit rating agency, is seeking experienced Valuation Analysts to join our growing team in Mumbai and Pune.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Valuations team by:

• Conducting valuations for various assets, including companies, businesses, and projects.
• Utilizing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) modeling and other valuation methodologies.
• Preparing valuation reports for internal and external use.
• Conducting market research and industry analysis.
• Assisting with client presentations and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in valuations, financial analysis, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly DCF modeling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with valuation databases and financial modeling software.
• Understanding of the Indian business environment.
