You will be a key contributor to ensuring high-quality VAT advisory and compliance services while leading client engagements and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. VAT Advisory Services:
    • Deliver high-quality VAT advisory solutions tailored to client needs across various industries.
    • Analyze complex VAT-related issues and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  2. VAT Compliance Management:
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of VAT returns for clients.
    • Assist businesses in meeting VAT obligations efficiently while mitigating risks.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and expertise.
    • Encourage collaboration within the team to deliver exceptional results.
  5. Regulatory Updates:
    • Stay updated on changes in UAE VAT legislation and communicate their implications to clients and team members.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience in UAE VAT legislation and practical implementation.
    • Proven track record in VAT advisory and compliance services across diverse industries.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Education:
    • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) is preferred.
