Job Opportunity: Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets.
    • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
    • Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Manage the general ledger and ensure timely closing of accounts.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
    • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
    • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing needs.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
    • Conduct financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
  • Strategic Financial Management:
    • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and development.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and goals.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
